Laurin helped my brother and sister-in-law purchase their first home a year before we started looking for our first home so I knew she would be a great wealth of information about the Monmouth county area as well as being very patient with first time home buyers who were very new to this process.
We wound up putting 4 offers in on homes and Laurin never once steered us wrong on what our initial bid should be as well as what our counter and final offers should be. She also has an amazing network of realtors and that network greatly helped move these negotiations along. She was exceptionally responsive and was there for us every step of the way from initial viewing of the house to the inspection, walk through and closing. Laurin is an absolutely fantastic real estate agent! My fiance and I found her online and were immediately drawn to the raving reviews others shared about her work. Laurin immediately sprung into action upon understanding what we were searching for in our first home. She was able to quickly learn what we liked and didn't like and would send us listings daily on her own (not just through automated websites), knowing what we had in mind.
